No, actually, I already was talking about him in the administration chat at the Discord.
The TLDR of it is that all the interactions I had with him were short ones in the Culture Discord server. He's been super nice all of the times, however, I cannot say he's a person I know well to be making a strong judgement, specially considering he's banned from the NFS:SA Discord server which is objectively the server I spend the most time on and where I usually get most of my info about an individual's personality. By comparison, the time I spend at Culture is a very small fraction, thus, I don't feel a judgement from me on Kamiko would be valid.

Well, yeah i got ban on nfssa discord, but got also unbanned there so guess you can learn more about me now.
