More gamepad bind options

List of items to add bindings:

- Enter key (used for: enter shops, confirm in menus)
- Backspace (used for: go back in menus, popups, shops)
- Left key (used for: go left in menus, popups, shops)
- Right key (used for: go right in menus, popups, shops)
- F6 key (used for: jump to safehouse)
- Rotate car (used for: shops, safehouse)
- Zoom in/out (used for: shops, safehouse)

Key binding that exists but are broken:
- Shift up (drag) - Can be set but just doesn't work no matter what you set it to.
- Shift down (drag) - Can be set but just doesn't work no matter what you set it to.

Additional features to add:
The safehouse currently can only be navigated using the mouse movement and clicks. It would be great to make it fully interactible without a mouse (make it so we can navigate using only the keyboard) which in turn will open up the ability to also bind those keys to a gamepad.
