2. It's only a simple car replacement for fun, it serves no purpose other than a car which can be spawned.
3. First things need to be done first, like for example URL. Currently our radar map doesn't support landmasses outside of SA boundaries, but that will be fixed (replaced LSAP runways will go out of bounds).
