limit for custom races

Hello everyone i have an idea for us custom racers more specifically to add Limit score for a players, e.g on custom race we can make us race name example "FarQ race", number of laps example"3" and add a password, my idea is to add a Score limiter for not to race with faster's cars (i know we can kick a player from lobby, but he can join again, and again kinda stupid, and troll's like's doing it) example : Fortune on max tune have 366 score and comet have probably 500, to don't race with this players i suggest to add a score limiter. It will prevent joining faster's cars to us lobby and make us more happier
