limit for custom races

i feel you, but it' makes no sense until cars like futo and sentinel get nerfed because they are to good for their classes/score.
so basicly score means nothing atm.

I would prefer that someone who get kicked out of the same lobby 2 times in the row, just get's a cooldown and can't rejoin.
