Maybe make reward scaled with vehicle speed? (and maybe visual ratio? As it's useless currently)
If Speed > 50km/h
CashReward = (50$ * Speed/10) + (VisualRating * 10$)
And similar with experience.
So that when you pass speed trap driving 250km/h you'll get 125$ + 24$ for visual rating.
About a limiting abusing of those speedtraps, make it count only 2 or 3 passes per hour like timetrials?
