Manual transmission, tachometer, new hud style

So, as written in thread name, i suggest to add manual transmission with tachometer (and, if it's possible, boost gauge).
With these things i want to do this:

Drift on 3-rd and 4-th gears. But i dont really think that with current car physics it will matter.
And just ride around city on one gear. Or racing with manual transmission.
Also, i suggest new hud style to be like in nfs 2015 remake (there is no sense in custom speedometer anyway).

manual transmission in normal races is not possible due to technical problems with changing handling in-air.
On drags it was possible because your car is controlled by script.

Even if manual transmission would be possible, it wouldn't make much sense considering that it won't give a big advantage unless we implement an advanced power curve system.

We have that already.

And no, we don't want to turn this gamemode into NFS 2015.
