Crew Properties or Crew Headquarters would be a property owned by crews that want more activites and in-depth specialization or enhance eventual roleplay for their crew. A 'Crew headquarters' would vary in size from Small Headquarters, Medium Headquarters and Large Headquarters. With each category having a more 'exclusive' property and larger slots for crew vehicles. Headquarters can look like houses and garage locations. The cost could be something similar as:

Small Headquarters - $20,000-$30,000 - 4 Garage Spaces
Medium Headquarters - $40,000-$60,000 - 7 Garage Spaces
Large Headquarters - $80,000-$90,000 10 Garage Spaces

- Garage - Crew members of a certain rank are allowed to park their cars inside this garage at the crew headquarters.
- Headquarters - Living space interior with a house interior ID. Crew members could walk around within this interior. Perhaps there also could be minigames or activites inside this interior.

Invitation
Crew leaders/high rankeds can invite non-crew members into the headquarters but have the chance to charge a fee at entrance. And crew high-ranks have the chance to kick other players at will.
Inactivity
14 days of crew leader inactivity will lead in the property being sold. This inactivity timer can be extended by being a donator or by applicating in advance of real life reasons for inactivity.
Other pros:
This might create more diverse locations of hangouts across the server and avoid everyone clogging at Doherty.
