URL Balancing

The URL needs a better balancing system.
Let me explain why:

Even with the score limit,a player that has class A unlocked can just make the perfect score and performance on their class A car and win URL without any problem,tell me,how fair is a class D maxed car vs a class A car at a perfect 400 score. It isn't because of the top speed both classes can reach,max D cannot beat 400 score A in years,that's why the balance sucks,and not just there,max 350 is mostly won by SGTs,thus ruining the whole URL system,again because of the top speed and no class E matching the car of a class B, and so on.

What I suggest is making URL races system by top speed or classes,it would give a more fair chance of winning for everyone and not just pro players that farm for locust69 would win. The Unlimited is alright because there is no change needed there,after all,it's unlimited,you join there with a manana stock vs maxed A class cars ,that's your own choice.

If this were to be accepted,I would also suggest making the needed players atleast 4 since there won't be that many players anymore in the same room,8 would be max,but the race would start in 60 seconds if there are atleast 4 players.

Max 400 score cheetach have ~310 v-max, max d class have same v-max, or even better., max 300 e class v-max is ~280, max 300 c class car [best for max 300] is ~230, so your system is not, good idea. AND the most important, URL is a challenge, and Locust is an reward for best players. why manana noobs should get locust for free [still u need A class unlocked to buy it].

Because it was not made strictly for players that have class A unlocked,it was made for everyone. If you think otherwise,then why do new players have acces to it,to play it of course,so where's the fairness in playing something you always loose. It's not exactly the top speed of the cars who determinates this, it's actually the overall car performance, A class cars is 2x better than B 3x better than C and so on, A class turns and accelerates better than all the other cars in the game, even counthash can beat SGT's pretty easily for example, so... Yeah, some cars are really op in some scores, others just can't compete, if you wanna win URL tournaments you need some of these cars and learn the car and the speedway tracks.
