Crew system Idea

Firstly beating top times is not the point of racing, secondly after some time top results are gettin better and better to the point where they are almost unbeatable.
It means weak crews with newbies won't have any points from top times. Crew wars are fun to play and you it's true competition unlike beating some top time by trying one map 100 times. There are weekly top times rewards btw, I don't see the point to include them to crew ranking too.

I don't really think that RP is best way to measure a crew's rank, example...I got a 1kk RP account, though, I don't play more than 10 minutes a week, I leave my account on a crew and I unbalance the whole system...

Crew ranking should be based on something that could be measured every week, by activity and which couldn't be interefeered by premium feature..For example..
URL Win Ratio and weekly/all time records
