Leaked Vice City expansion?

Hello,
While exploring nfssa server files, i've accidentally stumbled upon this wipnfsvc.pak archive. After unpacking, turns out it contained 3 files, wipnfsvc-map.png, airport.png and wipnfsvc-map.xml:


Yes, looks like we are getting Vice City expansion sometime! and apparently updates won't stop rolling out.

After examining wipnfsvc-map.xml, i've discovered that it is an xml file with placement of shops and stuff around that new expansion. I've managed to place everything marked there on that new map and it turned out pretty good:


Which makes sense, because shops are placed by same logic as they are currently in nfssa. Note combined VC and VCS places and also the airport icon, which confirms that we are getting fast inter-city travelling via airports.

This could get deleted for leaking info but hopefully not.

It may be an April Fools, but, I'd totally work on something like that.
Vice City is very fun to race in.
