Moderator Application

Greetings, Staff Team and Bartek[PL]. Here  I am posting a moderator application, I'm not sure if I will pass  this  or not, At least I've tried.




Nickname: Darkzyth, Kraken or Dark. [ In game name : Dark Driver  name : Darkzyth Dark ]


Age: 12

English skill (1-10): 7-8

Your stats and experience with NFS:SA: 341,098 reputation, Ratio - 65.05% and  Spent time - 203 hours.

How much free time do you have to moderate server? : Well, Due to school at least 2-4 hours or more, I'm free on Saturday and Friday.

What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: I would  mute him or  her depending on his spam. 

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: I would firstly warn him and ask him why did he insult other  players and I will explain him or her that insulting will get him  or  her muted. And if he does it again then I will mute him or her depending on his insult to other players.

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): I did have an experience in a car game (Forgot the name)  It was a  great experience.

Which language channels can you moderate?: English and Global.

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): I want to join the moderators team because when I've first join Need  For Speed  San Andreas in 2018 (Inspired  by KomuH) I started following the rules properly. But  I've stopped playing on that account and on 2019 I've created another account where I can start again.  But when I became good at  this game everyday I see no moderators  online and  see many people breaking the rules and I tried  to explain them that  doing this might get them muted or kicked. And I realized that  when  I'm online almost no moderators are online because my timeline is  different. I'm active  on the game and discord, but I'm not that active  on forum but I'll try in every way to be  active as possible. And If I become a moderator I can protect the server  when no moderators are online. But please don't underestimate me by  my age, I know it's low but I do have some communication skills. I try to make everyone smile. If I become a moderator I would never abuse  the power. I will do anything it takes to protect the server. If I do things  wrong you can kick me out of the moderators team. All I need is a chance. I hope  you  have a nice  day!

My opinion : I'm not sure if I will be accepted, I think I will be declined but I still have hope.

Yes, I know that  every moderator is at least 16 or more but, Hey I'm 12 but  it doesn't mean that I am going to be like  "HeY GuYs I GoT MoD noW iM GonNa destroy the server! > " but the truth is I'm really not that type of a person. The outside really doesn't matters, the inside does. Many people knows my behavior. I will not let anyone down, I promise.

Dude, you got this application template in forum 33 (General Discussion>Moderators Recruitment). You should've known that the fact that you can't post your application there means you shouldn't even try because it means the server doesn't need a new moderator. The newest moderators that were added became mods because staff members invited them, they didn't apply. With that said, let's make a small review on your application, judging the parts that did bring my attention.

Age: 12 years old... Yeah, that's gonna be a huge no. Yes I know that there isn't a rule on minimal age to be a staff member, but there should, the youngest one that was added as a mod via application were Rukito and Rarti, both aged 15 at the time they applied (April 2017), but 12? That's too low.
Stats and Experience: 188 hours with ~340k, not bad, could use some more hours, most mods applied with more than 200 hours of playtime. And why write your ratio? No one else who applied added their ratio to their application afaik.
Free Time: 2-4 ain't bad considering I applied saying I had around 3 hours of free time on work days.
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): "I did have an experience in a car game (Forgot the name). It was a great experience." That... doesn't tell us a lot tbh, I honestly skipped this part in your application because your answer was vague and meaningless.
Which language channels can you moderate?: Only English and Global? No other languages? That is useless considering that 99% of the moderators can do that.

Now, I never met you in game, and if I did I definitely don't remember you. That doesn't mean my opinion on you will be negative. I can see that you want to help the server but those facts I listed will probably mean you won't be accepted. Keep in mind that I'm just giving my view on what you'd do in the server which is... well, literally what any other mod can do since you only speak english.
The final word is Bartek's and/or Quindos, but IMO, I wouldn't accept you, sorry.

It's really not my fault that I dont have my country language in game or language channel, So that's why I chose Global and English, And I have game time 200+ hours now.But you know what Skript, You're right, all of you are right. I don't deserve to be a Moderator. Because I'm "too young". I tried, but I couldn't be but you know what? I shouldn't become a moderator. I've tried.. I even got denied on another application on another game just because of my age. I shouldn't apply on other games for moderator application, Since I'm probably gonna get denied. I should just focus in my life instead of being a Moderator since many people don't want me to. Thanks for your opinion guys.

Well I see you mean good and want to help and if it were up to me I would at least give you a testing period to judge your skills and how professional you can be. You're indeed too young and your English is not that great, but iirc you speak Portuguese as well and with Skript being away, that would really be welcome.
Your application overall isn't that great and I'm sorry that it was received with such negativity, but I will remain neutral to it. Good luck I guess.
