How much free time do you have to moderate server?
    It depends on the day and how busy I am during the week, but I do log in everyday and stay online for at least 1-3 hours and more. Weekends, obviously more - starting from 2-4 hours at least.
What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?:
    For first accident I give them a warning, next one is a mute starting from 5-10 minutes. If I see spam or flood is more than intentional, up to severity of messages (caps lock on, amount of characters,  insults included in spam/flood) it can go up from 30min to even hours.
What do you when someone starts insulting other players?:
    Depending on situation and how severe insults are, I mute straight off the bat to prevent more toxicity or observe to get a good look at the situation and who started the argument to serve him a bigger punishment - up to hours if not days.
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe):
    In 2013 I used to be an admin on SA-MP server for around more than half a year (could be 8 months), until server was closed.
Which language channels can you moderate?:
    English and Polish since the second mentioned is my native language.
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words):
    First of all, I love playing on this server, though community - especially newer players - tend to be a little "wild" if it comes to chat and I would like to help with handling it, also what's often taking place on polish language chat does require an intervention. I  try to help other players to solve their issues and give them advices whether its on discord or in-game. I also want to help server even more than I try to do now (help with making updates content and testing it, reporting toxic/inappropriate behavior on global and language chats when no mod is online). I already know the commands used by moderators and thanks to Bunny who have introduced me to how to operate the RaceBan system and overall basics of what will be obligated to do I'm prepared and up for running.

First of all, ever since you started playing here i've never seen you participate in any discussion in polish chat even once, i didn't even see a single message from you in it, you are not a recognizable player in polish community. I don't really see you online very often, you usually enter for 10-30 minutes to do dailies, you do not talk nor help players in-game (at least from my point of view). It's true, you have helped with vinyl update content, although some of them were disliked by both community and staff (speaking of pony ahegao bomb mainly which is just a meme at this point). You do have good relations with some members of the staff, but i don't see you as being able to work with the rest of the staff in good conditions, as you do have issues with some members of it. Your behavior is not the best, you tend to lose temper in discussions, which sometimes leads to different actions. I personally never had healthy relations with you, I think our cooperation in moderating polish chat would be hard, if not impossible. I don't see you as a good moderator.

I personally think you should keep your rank of testowanker in which you are objectively useful but to be honest i don't really see you being able to moderate the server properly or communicate with the rest of the staff in good conditions (I agree with jokot's vision for the most part and i've seen it myself few times in testowanker's channel) i also think being able to moderate a channel isn't just from the fact you speak the language you also need to be active in the polish channel and judging from discord you do not seem to be really active in it (you have 0 message posted in #polish in nfssa discord out of 6k+, quite a record https://zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=20/46/thhm.png )
overall you're far from being the worst guy to apply but i don't really see you fitting either so to sum up it's a no from me

My experience is that this is the only guy that I see online, consistently, every time I play, usually at night, at the most dead hours. There's no other moderator online at those hours, so, I do think he is perfect to fill that time frame.
I cannot say I ever been around to see anything negative happen involving Broski, so, to me, I have no reason not to trust him and, at least with me, he has always done a good job and shared views I agree with.
I support Broski to become a moderator.

We didn't have too much contact, but the few times we interacted with each other, you seemed like a responsible guy. And as Matt said, you're pretty active at night, so I don't know what others will say about you, but it's 50/50 for me. Good luck anyway.

I dont think there’s that much of a need to be known in the certain language community to fill that role, as most of the topics moved in discord’s polish channel aren’t important and I’ve got to know some polish players in-game and have good relations with them, also from time to time fresh players tend to PM me in-game and ask about the server since they might have seen in the Tab polish flag along with the amount of RP next to my name and thought ive got the experience and may help them out.
If it comes to work I throw all the personal stuff away, Yokou. You have your opinion about me and I have my own about You and its not as bad as you think, maybe if we chatted more we would come to an agreement and understand each other.

That's a big yes from me since you've done a lot for the server and continue doing that. As for being liked by half of the community and disliked by the other half, who cares? You have to moderate the language channel and help with basic moderator tasks which you already know how to do, so there is no reason to decline this application.

We don't know each other good enough, but I always thought of you as of a good person. I've never seen any negative stuff coming from you towards me or anyone else that I know close enough. Might as well say that I already suggested you for the rank multiple times before. However, recently I was told that you and Yokou were beefing for a long time and I never got explained the reason why. I can even see it here in this thread now. I don't really want to take anyone's side in this. Especially since I don't know the full story.

What I'd personally like to see now is you two stopping it for the sake of this project's future. Whatever it was, just forgive and forget and focus on your job instead to make this place better. Both of you have contributed enough for the server, and I believe it would be rather beneficial for everyone if you'd cooperate.

Kinda unrelated but I don't remember you playing recently at all, even though I've been playing by nights more. I've seen Broski a few times this week, though.
