What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: i tell him to stop, and if he continue, mute for 15-30 minutes depending

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: i tell they stop and i ask the reason for they are insulting, and if they continue, mute for 30 or more minutes 

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): yes in samp, minecraft

Which language channels can you moderate?: Spanish Channel and Global

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): The reason is simple, sometimes there are players insulting or make spam/flood, and there is not moderators for calm the situation, and always i want be mod in this server, because is my favorite and i want peace without toxicity and moderate the channel spanish/global when there is no one. I'm very active in the sv and can easily be there all days doing at nfssa a good place to pass the time with your friends, i always wanted be mod and i think its a good option for be mod,i hope that approve me and hopefully be a good mod, greetings to all and long live nfs:sa !

It seems you have troubles at talking english properly and therefore it will be a huge problem for overall communication (community and staff) and will highly narrow your chances at being able to pass but good luck nonetheless

Even if you're quite active, your english skills are a bit low for the job imo. Besides that, you were involved in many incidents, even now you get along with some "troublesome guys" and that makes you not trustable at all. You may have good intentions but considering your age and your behavior in chat, you're still a bit inmature. So sadly, it's a no from me.

Your level of English is relatively low and it would cause problems when it comes to moderating or having discussions that require quick action and I remember that you had one or another conflict with some users and well maybe that will cause more conflicts later with the Spanish chat so that in my opinion, I don't know, I don't see you as very suitable for moderator, well in any case I guess good luck
