HELP! I can´t see the vinyls of any car

When i log in the server my car doesnt have any vinyls or any car in the free world, i tryed everything but at the end nothing changed, i hope that someone can help me with this.
I adjunted 2 pictures of my game

Is it showing all cars just blank white? Its possibly caused by corrupted server files. Try to redownload the server files by deleting the server files (Its on MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources) then join the server. See if that works for you.
