I think it would be quite good if you add a nominal number plate. 
Could be created by you or can be written himself.

Maybe option to change look of licence plates like in NFS World, check it here: http://nfs.wikia.com/wiki/Need_for_Speed...nce_Plates

or original licences plates from NFS games like Carbon or Most Wanted:
