Crashing game when accepting the rules

Hello guys! I need your help.

When I click OK when i accept rules, my game is crashing.
It doesn't move me to the window where i log in.
I tried also reinstalling MTA, I have played on the server one time, and I can't play it again.
Do you know what to do guys?

Does game give you any error in crash window?
What's your PC configuration?

No, it doesnt show me any window. It just freezes and stops working.
PC Parameters i'll show tomorrow because i am not on PC right now

When i play on NFS:SA I have got 30-50 FPS, so I don't know then.
