Crew Bonuses

As currently crew bank is only for changing logo and crew name, why not add crew bonuses?

Crew members will collect money for bonus exp, money from races, longer time on time trials ect?
This works in many MMO games.

example:
50,000$ - +5% EXP BONUS
100,000$ - +10% CASH
250,000$ - +2s TIME TRIAL LIMIT
1,000,000$ - +5% SPECIAL/UNIQUE/RARE VINYL CHANCE

What you think? Prices should be high so it won't be too easy to unlock.

If you didin't notice, crews are still in very early alpha state and only basics are done. whole system will be improved probably after SUV update.
